Todd is a licensed Realtor in 4 jurisdictions - CA, DC, MD, and VA - with significant experience in helping clients relocate in and out of state.  He is a Founding Agent of the first Compass office outside of NYC and is still the Principal of the Vassar Broermann Group of Compass DC. A team of 4 agents that has closed over $850,000,000 in total team sales and assisted hundreds of clients.
